Wideland Electronics Company Limited was formed in 1988. The company is an O. E. M. Manufacturer. The total factory area is over 80,000 square feet. The manufacturing scope of Wideland covers a wide range of high-end products, such as personal computer main boards, peripheral cards and other high end consumer electronics products. Now, there are over 80 staff and 800 workers with more than 900K cards output per month in S. M. T. Division.

We installed 22 sets of Juky brand SMT machines( Model 750& 760 ) and 10 sets of ASM brand automatic bonding machines in wire bonding division. All machines run 24 hours for full utilization purpose to achieve full production throughput. P. C. B. Assembly lines have a monthly production capacity up to 500K computer add-on cards. For the final processing lines, there are 4 DIP lines,2 testing lines and 4 packing lines.

In product quality aspect, Wideland had been certified ISO 9002 in 1998 indicating that her quality system meets with international standards. To guarantee quality, three- checks system(self-check, mutual check and special check) ensures pre-quality control. We insist on the principle of doing perfect job once. No waste is our main objective.
